All products sold on the tokidoki wines website are sold subject to these terms and conditions. The Customer should ensure that they have read them thoroughly prior to purchasing any products. “Customer” means you and all other persons who purchase the products under your Login. Online purchases are only available to 21 years or older. When purchasing products on this website the customer confirms and acknowledges that they are over 21 years of age and are legally entitled to purchase alcohol. The customer warrants that they can produce sufficient evidence (e.g. Driver’s License or Passport) of that entitlement on request prior to or upon delivery of the product.Returns If the product you buy from us is not to your complete satisfaction, we will replace your bottles or give you your money back. Delivery within New Zealand

We provide a door to door delivery service throughout New Zealand. Delivery time’s nation-wide for Metro destinations will generally be within 3–5 days after payment has cleared. Rural deliveries may incur an additional day or two. Delivery will usually be during business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery charges are calculated on a 6 bottle carton or part thereof. Delivery charges are calculated in the “Shopping Cart”.

The financial information we collect from you when we process your online credit card payment is collected on a secure server that uses the latest encryption technology. This information is strictly confidential, and the only people who have access to it are the people processing your payment.

Legal Age

Anyone purchasing from this website absolutely warrants to Retail Management Group ltd that they are 21 years of age or over.
Any breach or failure of such warranty resulting in action against Retail Management Group shall be fully indemnified by the customer.

Retail Management Group ltd reserves the right to alter prices at any time. All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD$) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax. (GST)

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

Upon your request, Retail Management Group ltd will replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of picking error. No stock will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Retail Management Group will be responsible for filing of any claims.
